  • Original vs Commercial — Which One's Yours?

    If you're the only one using it, Original is built for you: 218cm frame, two wheels, 93cm sliding carriage, 2-year frame warranty. Same aluminium alloy and 304 stainless steel build as Commercial — just sized and warrantied for personal, everyday use.

    If it's going into a studio, or several people are training on it back to back, get Commercial: 30cm longer, with a longer carriage that comfortably fits taller clients, four wheels for rolling between sessions, and a 3-year frame warranty built for daily multi-user wear.

    The £450 gap isn't upsell padding — it's paying for a frame rated to survive what a studio floor puts it through.

    Studio/commercial use: 3-year warranty on the frame, 1-year on upholstery, springs, and other components. If something needs replacing, we work directly with our manufacturer to get the right part to you.

    This doesn't cover damage from misuse or use outside our guidelines, normal wear and tear on upholstery, ropes, and straps, unauthorised repairs, or damage from a self-managed move. Full terms available on request.

  • Shipping Information

  • Return & Refund Policy

    We want you to love your Hausformer® Commercial Reformer Bed. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
