    We want you to love your Hausformer® Original Reformer Bed. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.     If something needs replacing, we work directly with our manufacturer to get the right part to you.

    This doesn't cover damage from misuse or use outside our guidelines, normal wear and tear on upholstery, ropes, and straps, unauthorised repairs, or damage from a self-managed move. Full terms available on request.
